Admin Team

Client Liaison

As a dedicated member of the Paediatric Diagnostics team and a medical student, I am deeply committed to providing exceptional patient care from initial contact to aftercare.

With a background in customer service and healthcare, and my experience as a mother of three, I bring a unique perspective to patient experience and care.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, whether walking, open water swimming, or indulging in my passion for landscape photography.

Client Liason

I’m thrilled to have stepped into a new role as a Client Liaison in paediatric diagnostics, where I get to combine my deep-rooted passion for healthcare with my drive to make a meaningful impact. With over eight years of experience as a Senior Administrator in the NHS, I’ve developed a strong foundation in communication and patient care, and I’ve seen firsthand the challenges families face in navigating the healthcare system.

Being a devoted mother of two has also given me a unique perspective and a heartfelt understanding of what families need during stressful and vulnerable times. This personal experience fuels my commitment to creating a smoother, more compassionate experience for every child and family I work with. My journey in healthcare and this new role are all about one thing: making paediatric care the very best it can be for our little ones and the families who love them.
